Job summary

Leidos is seeking a Journeyman-level Offensive Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM J3, CNMF, and JTF-ARES, with on-site Leidos contract work. Candidates should have active TS clearance, SCI eligibility, and extensive CO planning experience.

Role requires collaboration across Joint Planning Groups, familiarity with Joint Publications, and the ability to produce clear, actionable planning documents and cyber plans.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• BA/BS degree within Computer Science, Cybersecurity, or relevant field of study.
• 4+ years recent CO Planner experience; Combat Mission Team experience may waive requirements.
• Familiarity with OCO concepts, Joint Publications, and military operations.
• Formal Cyber Operational Planner training within DoD or IC.
• Broad knowledge of Blue-space Cyber capabilities and cyber infrastructure.
• Knowledge of computer networking fundamentals and related media.

Responsibilities

• Develop and synchronize Offensive Cyberspace Operational (OCO) plans in line with USCYBERCOM guidance.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANS), OPORDs, and FRAGOs.
• Engage with Joint Operational Planning Groups and integrate cyber capabilities into plans.
• Provide situational awareness and coordinate across Crisis Action Teams and current operations.
