Leidos is seeking highly qualified Cyberspace Operational Planners to support USCYBERCOM planning and JFHQ-C operations. This on-site role requires active TS/SCI with Polygraph, STEM degree, and 5–8 years of CO planning experience to help develop and execute cyber operation plans.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and Polygraph required.
• Associates degree or higher within STEM field or related operational art & science.
• Five to eight years of CO Planner experience or equivalent in related roles.

Responsibilities

• Engage in approved plans development and staffing processes within collaborative environment to enable Cyberspace Operations per USCYBERCOM planning guidance.
• Support targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during execution of Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANS), Operational Orders (OPORDs), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).
• Develop and integrate Cyberspace capabilities into plans and support Joint Operational Planning Groups.
