Job summary

Leidos Intelligence Sector seeks a highly qualified Cyberspace Operational Planner to support USCYBERCOM operations from Fort Meade, MD. You will lead joint planning, draft orders, and synchronize cyber capabilities across multiple teams to defend national security.

This role requires TS/SCI clearance with polygraph and a strong background in defense planning and cyber operations. On-site collaboration with a dedicated intelligence team offers impact-driven work and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility and polygraph required.
• BA/BS degree or higher within STEM field, National Security Studies, or related field, or ability to complete within one year of hire.
• 12+ years of recent work experience in CO planning or related roles with possible waivers for combat mission experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide subject matter expertise in Joint plans development within collaborative environments to enable CO for USCYBERCOM planning guidance.
• Lead targeting selection, validation, synchronization, and integration during Cyber Warfare activities.
• Draft and staff Operational Plans (OPLANS), Operational Orders (OPORDS), and Fragmentary Orders (FRAGOs).
• Lead and support Joint Operational Planning Groups and Teams, integrating Cyberspace capabilities into plans.
• Develop concepts of support, courses of action, and coordinate external capabilities within plans.
• Ensure situational awareness across projects, crisis teams, and current operations supporting OPTs.
