Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking an Associate Customer Technical Program Manager to support the delivery of customer programs across the data center lifecycle. You will assist in coordination, communication, and execution across multiple customer accounts, under close supervision, to develop foundational technical program management skills and contribute to a best-in-class customer experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field (or in progress/relative experience)
• 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, engineering, or related environment preferred
• Basic understanding of project management principles
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate customer lifecycle activities from pre-construction through delivery and post-delivery support.
• Support internal and external stakeholder communication.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, schedules, and tracking tools.
• Assist with pre-sales coordination and contract review.
• Track change requests and prepare customer-facing communications.
• Prepare meeting materials, notes, and status reports.
• Support standardization and process improvement initiatives.
• Maintain strong customer relationships through responsiveness and clear communication.
• Identify potential risks and escalate to senior team members.
