Job summary

Aligned Data Centers, LLC is seeking an Associate Customer Technical Program Manager to support customer programs across the data center lifecycle, from pre-construction through delivery and post-delivery support. The role emphasizes coordinating with Sales, Solutions Architecture, Platform Delivery, and Operations to keep projects on track.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or in progress/related experience.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, construction, engineering, or related environment preferred.
• Basic understanding of project management principles.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time management skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel required).
• Ability to learn technical concepts related to data center design and construction.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Mechanical/Electrical background a plus.
• Team Player across the organization.
• May travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Assist CTPM(s) in coordinating customer lifecycle activities from pre-construction through delivery and post-delivery support.
• Support communication between internal teams (Sales, Solutions Architecture, Platform Delivery, Operations) and external partners.
• Maintain project documentation, action logs, schedules, and tracking tools to ensure alignment across stakeholders.
• Assist with coordination of pre-sales and contract review activities, ensuring documentation is organized and shared appropriately.
• Track change requests and support preparation of customer-facing communications.
• Prepare meeting materials, take notes, track action items, and assist in reporting project status, risks, and KPIs.
• Support standardization efforts by documenting lessons learned and contributing to process improvements.
• Help maintain strong customer relationships by ensuring responsiveness, follow-through, and clear communication.
• Identify and elevate potential risks or issues to senior team members.
