Job summary

Aligned Data Centers is seeking a Customer Technical Program Manager to drive customer engagement across the data center lifecycle, coordinating with sales, design, construction, and operations to deliver on-time, on-budget projects.

You will act as the primary technical liaison, lead contract and change management reviews, and implement continuous improvement across the portfolio while maintaining strong communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years Design or project management experience within data center environment strongly preferred.
• Mechanical/Electrical background a plus.
• Advanced experience in Excel and/or AutoCAD.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Pre-Contract Support: Coordinate contractual activities across company stakeholders with sales.
• Integrates and leads Platform Delivery (PD) teams in technical contract/lease reviews.
• Align with other PD teams to ensure dates and requirements are communicated.
• Collaborate with design and execution SMEs to align base building design with customer needs.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for customers, facilitating cross-team communication.
• Drive continuous improvement to standardize processes across the portfolio.
• Lead contract/change management reviews and communications with the customer.
• Manage risks and ensure projects stay within scope, time and budget.
• Provide expertise in data center infrastructure and post-delivery assessments.
