Job summary

E Tech Group is seeking an Associate Project Manager to support delivery of large, complex initiatives in the Mission Critical sector. The role emphasizes day-to-day execution, coordination, and onsite support with close collaboration across PM, Construction Manager, engineering, and subcontractors.

Candidates should live locally to Frederick, MD, possess a bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management, and have 1–3 years in project coordination or related roles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred; equivalent education considered.
• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination or related roles.
• Working knowledge of project management principles and tools.

Responsibilities

• Assist with proposal reviews, scope understanding, and internal handoff activities.
• Develop understanding of scope, schedule objectives, and execution strategy.
• Support communication between PM, team, Construction Manager, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Attend and document project meetings with client, GC, and vendors.
• Maintain schedules, look-ahead plans, and milestone tracking.
• Coordinate with vendors and subcontractors to confirm schedules and deliverables.
• Support cost tracking, forecasts, and pay applications as needed.
• Learn E Tech Group PMO methods and Project Management Lifecycle stages.
