Job summary

Suno seeks a results-driven Program Lead for its Emerging Creator Program in New York. You will build the cohort from the ground up, manage calendars, speakers, and events, and drive all logistics through December.

You will collaborate with Growth, Influencer Marketing, Music Partnerships and Creative to translate strategy into a tangible, high-impact program for nano and micro creators. Ideal candidates have 3+ years running cohort-based programs, a deep understanding of the creator economy,

Qualifications

• You've operated programs like this before: 3+ years running cohort-based programs, creator/community programs, accelerators, fellowships, or high-touch event series.
• You understand the creator economy: nano/micro creators, growth, brands, and community, with credibility talking to them.
• You work autonomously with ambiguity and can create structure from guardrails.

Responsibilities

• Build and run the Emerging Creator Program end-to-end from August to December.
• Own calendars, cohort experience, speakers, events, and logistics.
• Coordinate with Growth, Influencer Marketing, Music partnerships and Creative teams.
