Job summary

Darkroom in New York is hiring to build and run creator communities as a growth channel for our brands. You will design tiered membership, set onboarding, and coordinate with the creator leads, social team, paid media, and client product and brand squads.

You will work on a consumer-focused community program, creating real-world output through posts, referrals, signups, and sales, with occasional travel for events and US-hours scheduling.

Qualifications

• Experience building online communities for consumer products.
• Ability to drive content across social platforms and measure impact.
• Willingness to work evenings and launch weekends and travel.
• Strong written and verbal communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Build new creator communities and select platforms (Discord, Slack, etc.).
• Set tier entry rules and offers with creator leads and clients.
• Run weekly workflows: welcome new members, triage, and post briefs.
