Job summary

Suno is launching the Emerging Creator Program and is seeking a Program Lead to build and run the experience from August through December. You will own the calendar, the cohort experience, the speakers, and all logistics to turn concept into reality.

You'll collaborate with Growth, Influencer Marketing, Music Partnerships and Creative to deliver end-to-end programming, manage community and events, and maintain energy across the cohort. This role requires autonomy and a strong operational mindset.

Qualifications

• 3+ years running cohort-based programs or similar high-touch experiences
• Strong understanding of creator economy and community building
• Excellent calendar, trackers and follow-up discipline
• Ability to operate autonomously in ambiguous environments
• Bonus: experience with IRL events or creator networks

Responsibilities

• Build August–mid-September curriculum and week-by-week plan
• Manage guest speaker pipeline, invitations and prep for speakers and mentors
• Stand up program infrastructure: Slack/Discord, calendar, logistics
• Coordinate outreach, invite lists, referrals, and admission process
• Oversee end-to-end biweekly programming cadence and monthly contests
• Be the day-to-day face of the program for members, onboarding and support
• Produce a program retro and a scalable blueprint for cohort 2
