Qualifications

• 2–3 years running social channels or creator programs (in-house or agency).
• Experience building/running a creator community platform (e.g., Discord).
• Clear, fast written communication, especially via DMs.

Responsibilities

• Own the full creator funnel: sourcing, routing to affiliate, UGC, TikTok Shop, or paid brand deals.
• Lead TikTok Shop affiliates via agency partner, ensuring quality outreach and outputs.
• Negotiate terms, secure deliverables, and ensure timely posts with proper usage rights.
• Maintain top-tier creator relationships with personalized touches (gifts, events).
• Drive bold creative seed campaigns and explore new sourcing channels.
