Qualifications

• Prior corporate internship(s) is preferred.
• Ability to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License, where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Handle low complexity commercial claims under supervision.
• Verify policy coverage, gather information, document files, and authorize disbursements within authority limits.
• Interact professionally with insureds, claimants, and partners to ensure customer service quality.
• Assess liability and reserves by reviewing policy language and estimating claim value.
• Collaborate with internal and external resources to achieve best claim outcomes.
• Escalate to supervisor as needed.
