Job summary

Baseten is seeking a strategic Partnerships role focused on emerging cloud and international compute markets. You will own the entire relationship lifecycle from initial outreach through to closed terms, building a real-time landscape and negotiating favorable capacity terms.

The role emphasizes strong relationship-building, autonomous work style, and the potential for meaningful equity upside in an early-stage environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to build strong relationships and drive deals to closure.
• Background in compute/cloud space is a plus, not required.
• Comfort with equity upside and building something from scratch.

Responsibilities

• Build real-time picture of emerging cloud and international compute landscape.
• Own full partnership lifecycle from outreach to closed terms.
• Develop relationships across providers from reps to leadership.
• Identify and close opportunities for favorable capacity terms.
• Define value propositions tailored to different providers.
• Collaborate with team to build intelligence and relationship function.
• Support negotiation with Deals team when closing opportunities.
