Job summary

Baseten is seeking a sourcing-focused professional to build and manage a long-tail network of data center and powered land providers, owning the full lifecycle from outreach to ongoing management. You will evaluate sites, develop business cases, and maintain accurate supplier records, collaborating with Finance and cross-functional teams to guide strategy.

You will manage relationships across neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independents, ensuring disciplined, judgment-driven engagement

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a map of data center and powered land opportunities.
• Own full sourcing lifecycle from outreach to ongoing relationship mgmt.
• Develop sourcing relationships across neoclouds, hyperscalers, brokers, and independents.
• Evaluate new sites quickly to determine fit and priority.
• Prepare business cases and cost analyses with Finance support.
• Maintain accurate supplier records and terms.
• Protect Baseten's supplier relationships and avoid burning bridges.
• Provide market intelligence to support deal strategy.
