Job summary

The Restaurant Store in Maryland is seeking a Branch Manager to lead daily operations of our retail location, overseeing sales, marketing, staffing, inventory control, and customer relations. You will manage a 30,000 sq ft warehouse/retail operation in a B2B setting and drive performance while exemplifying our company values.

You will hire and train 15–25 teammates, plan schedules, ensure safety/compliance, optimize processes for cost-efficiency, and grow membership programs and local marketing

Qualifications

• Experience managing large retail/warehouse operations.
• Proven ability to meet sales targets and KPIs.
• Strong leadership and staff development skills.
• Knowledge of DISC profiling is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage a ~30,000 sq ft warehouse/retail operation in a B2B sales environment.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure accountability with team against budgets and KPIs.
• Develop and train 15–25 team members to ensure consistent processes while role modeling company values.
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
• Ensure company standards and procedures, including handling escalated issues and legal actions.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and regulatory/quality compliance.
• Create 4–5 week store work schedules communicated in advance.
• Support Membership and Gold Membership growth in the local market.
• Drive TRS.com growth across the customer base.
• Identify marketing leads and opportunities for local growth.
• Oversee safety and maintenance of building and equipment.
• Identify charitable opportunities in the local market.
