Responsibilities

• Manage ~30,000sq.ft. warehouse in business-to-business sales environment.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure accountability with team.
• Develop and train team members on processes and procedures.
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations for efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with company standards and regulations.
• Maintain accurate inventory control and quality standards.
• Create a work schedule communicated 2 weeks in advance.
• Utilize DISC profiling for team building.
• Support Membership growth within the local market.
• Manage building and equipment maintenance needs.
• Identify charitable organizations for local support.
