Job summary

The Restaurant Store is seeking a Branch Manager to lead our retail location's daily operations, overseeing sales, marketing, staffing, inventory control, and customer relations. This role drives performance across a dynamic B2B environment and ensures adherence to company standards.

You will manage a large multi-functional store, develop schedules, train a team, and strive to meet budgets and KPIs while focusing on service leadership and operational excellence.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management overseeing site operations and sales.
• Business Proficiency in English is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations of a ~30,000 sq ft warehouse/retail operation in a B2B sales environment.
• Achieve sales targets and ensure accountability with team against budgets and KPIs.
• Develop and train 15-25 team members to ensure consistent processes and procedures while modeling company values.
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective.
• Maintain inventory control and ensure products comply with regulatory and quality standards.
• Create and communicate 4- to 5-week store schedules two weeks in advance.
• Support growth of memberships and TRS.com usage in the local market.

Job Summary

The Branch Manager with The Restaurant Store is responsible for leading the daily operations of a retail location. The Branch Manager is responsible for accomplishing a variety of operational goals encompassing sales, marketing, staffing, inventory control, and customer relations.

Responsibilities

• Manage ~30,000sq.ft. warehouse / retail operation in business-to-business sales environment
• Achieve sales targets and ensure accountability with team against established budgets and KPIs
• Develop and train 15-25 team members to ensure consistent processes and procedures while role modeling our Company values
• Plan, evaluate, and optimize operations to be efficient and cost-effective
• Ensure that Company standards and procedures are followed, including management of escalated customer and/or employee complaints, incident reports, and legal actions
• Maintain accurate inventory control and ensure that products or services comply with regulatory and quality standards
• Develop a 4- to 5-week work schedule for the store that is communicated 2 weeks in advance
• Understand and utilize a deep understanding of DISC profiling to build a cohesive and high-performing team
• Support Membership and Gold Membership growth year over year within the local market
• Support the growth and utilization of TRS.com across our customer base
• Create and identify marketing leads and opportunities within the local market that support future growth
• Manage the overall safety and maintenance needs of the building and equipment
• Identify charitable organizations to support within the local market

Physical Requirements

• Work is performed while standing and/or walking, up to and including 9 hours/day.
• Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
• Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
• Requires regular bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
• Requires the ability to regularly lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.

Experience

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in retail and/or supply chain management overseeing site operations and sales
• Business Proficiency in English is required

Education

• Proficiency with MS Office required (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and experience with CRM systems and project management tools
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple assignments and deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• May require occasional travel to other stores within the region, as well as occasional overnight travel to the Company headquarters or other regions
