Responsibilities

• Ensure workplace safety is priority and follow safety policies.
• Carry out duties of the Assistant Manager.
• Learn VIP processes and build an extraordinary team.
• Schedule the team to meet customers’ needs and operate hours.
• Communicate with the team daily and during meetings.
• Train and coach associates towards certifications and LMS trainings.
• Manage dispatching of work orders to technicians.
