The role blends project engineering with management duties, coordinating with project managers, design teams, and clients to deliver water, wastewater, drainage, and local infrastructure initiatives. Ideal candidates have a TX-registered PE and 4+ years in civil engineering, with strong communication and relationship-building abilities.

Qualifications

• ABET-accredited BS in Civil or Environmental Engineering.
• PE license in Texas required.
• 4+ years of civil engineering experience.
• At least 1 year as a Project Engineer.
• Experience with water, wastewater, drainage or local infrastructure projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication; relationship-building skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist Project Manager with proposals, delivery, scheduling, billing, and client coordination.
• Perform Project Engineering duties, including Engineer of Record when assigned.
• Support project delivery across engineering and management tasks.
• Coordinate with internal design teams to ensure timely, accurate execution.
• Supervise and mentor less experienced engineers and support staff.
