Qualifications

• Sales, retail, hospitality, recruitment, or customer-facing experience is helpful.
• A specific degree or previous Account Executive title isn’t required.
• You should be comfortable starting conversations, handling rejection professionally, and keeping commitments.
• Confidence using email, spreadsheets, and contact-management tools will help you get started.

Responsibilities

• Research prospective customers and prepare relevant outreach.
• Contact prospects, introduce services, and arrange conversations.
• Ask questions to understand requirements and identify suitable options.
• Assist with presentations, proposals, and follow-up communications.
• Keep contact records and sales pipeline information current.
• Coordinate handovers and work toward agreed activity and sales targets.
