Qualifications

• Strong communication and leadership skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Interview and assess candidates for ECC roles.
• Provide new employee orientation and ongoing training.
• Develop schedules to ensure 24/7 coverage with overtime management.
• Oversee Cubex equipment stocking and maintenance coordination.
• Lead employee engagement and performance review processes.
