VEG ER for Pets in Gaithersburg, MD is seeking an Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our front-line ER team, delivering compassionate, gold‑standard care to pets and their people during emergencies.

You’ll handle triage, treatments, diagnostics, anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing, while supporting families through stressful moments and working closely with our doctors and team.

Qualifications

• CVT/RVT/LVMT in the state of practice required
• 1+ years of emergency or specialty vet tech experience preferred
• Basic computer skills and EMR familiarity

Responsibilities

• Triage and treat patients across emergencies
• Assist doctors with anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care
• Perform diagnostics, imaging, and sample collection
• Provide clear communication with team and pet parents
• Assist in CPR and emergency procedures when needed
