VEG is seeking an Emergency Credentialed Veterinary Technician to join our fast-paced front-lines team delivering gold-standard, compassionate care to pets in emergency situations. You’ll triage, treat, monitor, and assist in anesthesia and critical care alongside our doctors, with support for ongoing learning and career growth.

Qualifications

• CVT/RVT/LVT/LVMT credential in the state of practice is required.
• 1+ years in a veterinary technician role; emergency or specialty favorable.
• Basic computer skills and EMR familiarity.
• Ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in a noisy, odor-filled environment.

Responsibilities

• Triage and treat emergency patients alongside doctors.
• Deliver nursing care, treatments, and emotional support in critical moments.
• Support anesthesia, monitoring, and critical care nursing.
• Communicate clearly with teammates and pet parents.
• Assist with diagnostics, imaging, and sample collection.
