Job summary

Urgent Pet Care is seeking a Customer Service Representative to warmly greet clients, assist families, and manage check-in and records with care. You’ll support the veterinary team and communicate clearly as emergencies arise, while offering reassurance in stressful moments for pet families.

Ideal candidates love helping people, stay calm under pressure, and can work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Working at two Papillion/Omaha locations, you’ll be part of a compassionate veterinary emergency

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service (vet or medical background a bonus, but training provided).
• Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays due to emergencies.
• Loves helping people and understands how much pets mean to their families.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients with kindness and empathy in person or on the phone.
• Help families check in quickly and smoothly.
• Keep clients updated about their pets while in care.
• Manage records, payments, and paperwork with attention to detail.
• Work closely with medical team to ensure clear, timely communication.
• Offer support to families who may be scared, anxious, or overwhelmed.
