Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED; 18+ years old.
• Previous customer service experience required; veterinary or healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to multitask with strong attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and practice management software.

Responsibilities
