Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Nurse Manager for Emergency & Trauma to supervise nursing staff and oversee ED operations. You will partner with the Director of Patient Care Services and may take bedside shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, ED-specific training, and an active Colorado RN license. CAPS screening is required. Attractive benefits and local rates apply based on location.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
• Leadership experience within the last 2 years.
• Training and experience in an Emergency Department setting.
• Current Colorado RN license (or compact state RN license) is required.
• Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care and nursing staff in the Emergency Department.
• Oversee daily operations in partnership with the Director of Patient Care Services.
• Lead and support a knowledgeable team of professionals.
• Take bedside shifts as needed to ensure the highest level of patient care.
