Job summary

ARMStaffing is seeking a Nurse Manager for Emergency & Trauma to supervise nursing staff and oversee ED operations. You will partner with the Director of Patient Care Services and may take bedside shifts to ensure high-quality patient care.

The role requires strong leadership, ED-specific training, and an active Colorado RN license. CAPS screening is required. Attractive benefits and local rates apply based on location.

Qualifications

  • Graduation from an accredited school of nursing; a Bachelor of Science in Nursing is preferred.
  • Leadership experience within the last 2 years.
  • Training and experience in an Emergency Department setting.
  • Current Colorado RN license (or compact state RN license) is required.
  • Colorado Adult Protective Services (CAPS) check required.

Job Description

As the Nurse Manager Emergency & Trauma, you will be responsible for the supervision of patient care, nursing staff, and Emergency Department (ED) operations. In partnership with the Director of Patient Care Services, you will support and provide oversight of daily operations in the Emergency Department. This role requires strong leadership abilities and the willingness to take bedside shifts as needed.
