Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in telecommunications, structured cabling, or emergency technical support.
• Strong troubleshooting and repair experience.
• Ability to work flexible schedules, including emergency callouts.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency infrastructure incidents and outages.
• Troubleshoot communications systems.
