Job summary

Ko-Kwel Casino Resort is seeking a Security Dispatch Officer to promote a safe and secure environment for guests and staff. You will observe casino policies, report infractions, and assist with emergencies.

The role requires 21+, Oregon driver’s license, OLCC, CPR/First Aid, and experience in safety or hospitality. You will handle radio/phone communications and maintain daily security reports.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must be 21 years of age or older.
• Must have a current valid Oregon Driver's License.
• Candidates with one year of related experience preferred.
• Background in customer service or hospitality desired.
• Must maintain OLCC certification.
• Must maintain CPR and First Aid certification.
• Computer skills: Word, Office, Windows; ability to learn I-Trak database.
• Ability to travel as needed to support other locations.

Responsibilities

• Promote a safe and secure environment for guests and employees.
• Observe and ensure casino policy compliance; report infractions to supervisors.
• Provide escorts for large sums of money and chips to ensure security of transfer.
• Maintain daily activity reports and head counts.
• Operate security surveillance system and communicate via radio/telephone.
• Coordinate with City, County, State, and Tribal Agencies; respond to emergencies.
