Emerus is seeking an ER RN for a PRN Day Shift (7am-7pm) in a small-format hospital setting. The nurse will assess, plan, direct, and evaluate patient care in the Emergency Room, ensuring safety and comfort for patients and families.

Responsibilities include accurate documentation, infection control, and adherence to physician orders, with opportunities to contribute to quality assessments and team collaboration. Requires current RN license and 2+ years ER experience.

Qualificações

• Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
• 2+ years RN ER or similar experience.
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certs from AHA or Red Cross; TNCC preferred.
• Fluency in English, written and spoken.
• Pennsylvania candidates: Act 33 and Act 73 clearance completed or obtained before start date.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, prioritize, and provide age-appropriate nursing care in the ER.
• Document medical records accurately and concisely.
• Observe and record patient signs, symptoms, and status.
• Propose revisions to interventions and outcomes.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality at all times.
• Follow physician orders in delivering care.
• Collect lab samples per policies, COLA and CLIA.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
