Qualifications

• Associate in Nursing or Nursing Diploma required.
• BSN is preferred during hiring.
• Current California Nursing license is required.
• ED nursing certification (preferred) and EKG competence.

Responsabilités

• Apply nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Prioritize and organize care, ensuring follow-through for assigned patients.
• Maintain SBAR communication and document care per policy and EMR.
• Collaborate with care teams and discharge planning as needed.
