Job summary

Ally Medical Emergency Room in Texas is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to provide high‑quality care in the busy emergency department. You will triage, assess, and treat patients, collaborating with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to stabilize and manage a wide range of urgent medical conditions.

The role requires an accredited nursing program graduate with two years of ER or acute care experience, an active RN license, and CPR/BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care in the emergency department.
• Assist physicians during exams, procedures, and tests.
• Initiate IVs, monitor vital signs, administer medications per orders, and document care.
• Perform head-to-toe assessments across age groups and reassess as needed.
• Assist with procedures such as laceration repair, drainage, intubation, and chest tube placement.
• Discharge patients and review instructions with them; ensure hemodynamic stability before discharge.
