Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking Roadside Technicians to respond to tire-related emergencies for semi-truck fleets. You’ll be dispatched to customer locations to repair or change tires, with occasional shop tasks when no service calls are active.

No prior experience is required; training will be provided. The role includes on-call shifts and after-hours calls, with premium pay for after-hours work.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Must be at least 21 years of age.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.

Responsibilities

• Servicing Commercial Tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA safety requirements and wearing PPE.
