Job summary

The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company is seeking a Roadside Technician to support semi-truck fleets by repairing or changing tires at customer locations. When calls are slow, duties include mounting, shop cleanup, and general tasks in the service center.

Experience is not required; you will be trained in required skills. The job includes mandatory on-call shifts with after-hours premium pay, enhancing earnings potential while ensuring service to our nationwide network.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license and meet commercial driver qualification requirements.
• Legally authorized to work in the U.S. without sponsorship now or in the future.
• High School Diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Servicing commercial tires including dismounting, mounting, and repairing any type of tire.
• Perform match mounting, match mating dual assemblies, and radial runout as necessary.
• Inflating tires to prescribed PSI per load requirements.
• Complying with OSHA regulations and safety requirements including PPE and safety policies.
