Infinity is hiring a compassionate Account Executive to be the first contact for customers in urgent roadside situations. You will manage inquiries, guide customers, and coordinate dispatch with service providers to deliver fast, accurate support.

Qualifications

• Type 25+ WPM with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to show empathy and stay composed.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments (call centers, dispatch, hospitality, or similar).
• Onsite technical assessment is required.

Responsibilities

• Be a compassionate communicator – listen actively, show empathy, and guide customers through emergencies.
• Coordinate roadside help – dispatch service providers quickly and accurately.
