Job summary

Infinity is seeking an Account Executive to join our inbound customer service team. You will be the first point of contact for consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses requiring emergency roadside assistance, listening with empathy and guiding them through urgent situations.

Qualifications

• Typing speed of 25+ WPM with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Requirements

What We're Looking for:

• Type 25+ WPM with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to show empathy and stay composed.
• Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping people in urgent situations.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments (call centers, dispatch, hospitality, or similar).
• Comfort using CRM, mapping tools (Google Maps), and dispatch software.
• Ability to provide real-time updates to customers, providers, and clients throughout the dispatch process.

Education And Experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 6+ months of customer service experience
• Onsite technical assessment is required

Physical Requirements

• Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.
