Job summary

Infinity Rehab is seeking an Account Executive to join its inbound customer service team handling emergency roadside assistance. You’ll be the first contact for consumers, haulers, and fleet businesses, guiding them through urgent situations with empathy and clear communication.

The role emphasizes calm problem-solving, accurate documentation, and quick coordination with service providers while using CRM and dispatch tools.

Qualifications

• Type 25+ WPM with accuracy.
• Strong verbal and written communication, with the ability to show empathy and stay composed.
• Service-oriented mindset with a genuine passion for helping people in urgent situations.
• Experience working in fast-paced, high-volume environments (call centers, dispatch, hospitality, or similar).
• Comfort using CRM, mapping tools (Google Maps), and dispatch software.
• Ability to provide real-time updates to customers, providers, and clients throughout the dispatch process.

Requirements

• Ability to lift up to 10 pounds, if necessary.

Compensation details:

14-14 Hourly Wage
