Job summary

The manager will oversee staffing, budgeting, policy compliance, and professional development, while collaborating with physicians and leadership to advance patient care and unit performance.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing program.
• Registered Nurse currently licensed in Minnesota (or permit in process).
• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Demonstrated skills in management and supervision.
• Minimal 5 years of clinical experience.

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and oversight of the nursing unit.
• Manages staffing, recruitment, hiring and staff development.
• Oversees budget and operating expenses for the unit.
• Ensures compliance with regulatory standards and department procedures.
