Job summary

Insurcomm Restoration in Cleveland is seeking a Mitigation Technician to provide emergency restoration services for families and businesses affected by fire, water, and storm damage. You will stabilize properties and prevent further damage while delivering compassionate service during stressful situations.

A willingness to obtain IICRC certification and proficiency with hand and power tools are required. The position offers competitive hourly pay, comprehensive benefits, and a supportive team culture focused on safety and excellence.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical labor in varying environments.
• Proficiency with hand and power tools.
• Strong communication and listening skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond to emergency mitigation calls and assess property damage.
• Perform water extraction, structural drying, and mitigation services.
• Collaborate with the Contents Division to clean, pack, and store items.
