Job summary

Insurcomm, Inc. is seeking a Mitigation Project Manager for emergency restoration projects in Cleveland, OH. You will be responsible for overseeing the entire project lifecycle, from inspection to completion, ensuring timely and budget-compliant executions.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in restoration or related construction field.
• Proven ability to scope losses and write accurate estimates.
• Willingness to obtain additional certifications (Mold, Fire, OSHA, Biohazard, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Inspect losses and determine accurate scopes of mitigation services.
• Prepare detailed estimates for restoration losses.
• Manage approximately $1M+ in annual project volume.
• Coordinate daily production needs with the Project Coordinator.
• Conduct final walkthroughs to ensure client satisfaction.
