This office-based role blends empathetic customer service with consultative sales to qualify leads, overcome objections, and book mitigation or restoration jobs. The role requires 1–2 years in customer service or inside sales, proficiency with CRM systems, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED preferred.
• 1–2 years in customer service, call center, or inside sales roles.
• Strong active listening with empathetic, professional phone demeanor.
• Ability to convert inquiries into scheduled emergency jobs.
• Proficiency with CRM systems, ticketing software, and fast data entry.
• Multitask and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced, emergency-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from property owners experiencing water, fire, or mold emergencies.
• Qualify and convert leads to scheduled emergency jobs.
• Document loss information, caller details, and insurance data in CRM.
• Dispatch production teams and coordinate with local franchise managers.
• Collaborate with Sales to pass large or specialized leads to the field team.
• Follow up on open leads to guide customers through intake and ensure satisfaction.
