This office-based role blends empathetic customer service with consultative sales to qualify emergency leads, overcome objections, and book mitigation or restoration jobs.

You will manage inbound inquiries, qualify and convert leads, document claim details in the CRM, and coordinate with field teams to dispatch crews quickly.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–2 years in customer service, call center, or inside sales.
• Strong empathy and professional communication to handle stressed callers.
• Ability to implement conversion strategies and close sales.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and ticketing software.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from property owners experiencing emergencies.
• Qualify and convert leads into scheduled emergency jobs.
• Document loss details and insurance data in the CRM.
• Dispatch production teams to ensure fast restoration deployment.
• Collaborate with the sales team to follow up on large leads.
