Responsibilities include managing inbound inquiries, qualifying leads, logging details in the CRM, dispatching crews, and collaborating with the sales team to handle large-loss opportunities while maintaining high customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in customer service, call center or inside sales environments.
• Strong active listening and empathetic phone demeanor.
• Proficiency with CRM systems and ticketing software.
• Ability to convert inquiries into scheduled emergency jobs.

Responsibilities

• Manage inbound inquiries from residential and commercial customers facing emergencies.
• Qualify leads, pitch restoration services, and book emergency jobs.
• Document loss details, caller information, and insurance data in the CRM.
• Dispatch production teams in coordination with franchise managers.
• Collaborate with Sales to pass large or specialized leads for follow-up.
• Follow up to guide customers through the intake funnel and ensure satisfaction.
