Job summary

Bosun is seeking a Restoration Business Development Representative to build strategic relationships with fire departments, insurers, and property managers in the Pittsburgh area.

This role emphasizes trust, empathy, and consultative sales rather than cold calling, with base salary plus uncapped commissions, a company vehicle, and provided tech. You’ll attend events, nurture partners, manage your pipeline, and support homeowners and businesses recovering after disasters.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, business development, customer service, or related field.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Comfortable speaking with individuals and groups.

Responsibilities

• Develop relationships with fire departments, police departments, EMS, municipalities, insurers, property managers, and community organizations.
• Become a trusted local resource within your territory.
• Attend networking events, chamber meetings, and community functions.
• Educate referral partners on emergency restoration services.
• Respond to emergency property losses involving fire, water, storm, or other events.
• Meet with property owners with empathy, professionalism, and confidence.
• Explain the restoration process and help customers make informed decisions.
• Coordinate with operations and project management teams to ensure an exceptional customer experience.
