Job summary

360 Fire & Flood is seeking a talented Business Development Representative (BDR) to drive new business opportunities for our national disaster restoration services. You will prospect, qualify leads, and build relationships with potential clients through outbound and inbound activities, working closely with sales and marketing teams.

Must reside in Pennsylvania and demonstrate strong communication, time management, and CRM skills.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing or related field.
2+ years of experience in sales, business development, lead generation, or customer-facing roles.
Experience with outbound prospecting and cold outreach.
Familiarity with sales methodologies and pipeline management.

Responsibilities

Identify, research, and engage prospective customers through calls, emails, social media, and networking activities.
Develop and maintain a pipeline of qualified opportunities within the CRM system.
Attend marketing events and distribute marketing material as needed.
Build and nurture relationships with prospects to generate future business opportunities.
Collaborate with marketing teams to support lead generation campaigns and events.
Track and report on prospecting activities, lead conversion metrics, and sales pipeline performance.
Must reside in Pennsylvania.
Perform other duties as assigned.
