Job summary

Hagerty Consulting, Inc. seeks a Response Managing Associate for on-call deployments to support client incident objectives. You will coordinate with EOC/JFO sections, draft IAPs, and ensure adherence to NIMS/ICS during activations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher or 6+ years of related experience.
• NIMS ICS All-Hazards training or credentials.
• Proficiency with Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts as needed based on client tempo.

Responsibilities

• Develop incident documents like IAP drafts and branch assignments.
• Conduct needs assessments and forecast resource requirements.
• Coordinate inter-agency operations with state/local government and NGOs.
• Create and implement SOPs aligned with NIMS/ICS.
• Provide status updates and reports to leadership.
