Job summary

Paul Davis Restoration is seeking an Emergency Recovery Coordinator in Lincoln to work with property owners, adjusters, and project managers after traumatic events and help them transition from chaos to calm. You must be an effective communicator and comfortable presenting to individuals and groups.

The role requires on-call availability 24/7, a valid driver’s license, and a track record in outside sales or customer service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Two plus years’ experience in an outside sales role or customer service role.
• Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required.

Responsibilities

• Generate revenue opportunities by consulting with property owners affected by fire, water damage, or other large-scale events.
• Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities.
• Create and retain customer loyalty by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer.
• Participate in restoration-related community awareness events and programs.
• On-call 24/7 including weekends and holidays as scheduled.
• Develop positive relationships with property owners and key stakeholders.
• Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources.

$60,000 - $75,000 per year + performance bonus

What does an ERC with Paul Davis do?

As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property. ERCs work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm. ERCs are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings.

Responsibilities:

• Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events
• Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities
• Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer
• Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs
• Proactively searches for, acts upon potential opportunities
• Work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care
• Develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property owner
• Be familiar with assigned territory
• Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources
• Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
• On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled

• Achieve and remain current in required certifications
• Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner
