Emergency Recovery Coordinator
$60,000 - $75,000 per year + performance bonus
What does an ERC with Paul Davis do?
As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property. ERCs work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm. ERCs are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings.
Responsibilities:
- Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events
- Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities
- Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer
- Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs
- Proactively searches for, acts upon potential opportunities
- Work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care
- Develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property owner
- Be familiar with assigned territory
- Monitor, interpret and respond to lead sources
- Establish and maintain positive relationships in the local community
- On-call 24/7 to include weekends and holidays as scheduled
- Marketing
- Achieve and remain current in required certifications
- Provide emergency recovery kits and services to the impacted property owner
Qualifications:
- Ability to clearly deliver truth and give certainty when property owners need it most
- Proficient with a variety of current technology
- Career emphasis on learning and continuing education
- Sound planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Valid Driver’s license and satisfactory driving record required
- Relevant experience
- Must be able to prioritize and manage time
- Thrives under high-stress situations
- Enjoys working hard in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

Required Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Two plus years’ experience in an outside sales role or customer service role
