Job summary

ServiceMaster Clean of Fraser Valley in Jacksonville, Florida, is looking for an Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC). The ERC serves the community during emergencies, ensuring customer satisfaction and generating revenue opportunities. You will work with property owners affected by fire, water damage, or other emergencies while promoting a positive relationship with customers.

We're a leader in restoration for insurance providers. We offer training, mentorship, and flexible scheduling. ERCs can earn from $50,000 to over $100,000 based on performance.

Qualifications

Emergency Recovery Coordinator (ERC)

Reports To

General Manager or Owner

What does an ERC with Paul Davis do?
  • Serve your community when it needs it the most
  • Generate revenue opportunities by directly consulting with property owners impacted by fire, water damage, or other large-scale emergency events
  • Cooperate with public emergency response agencies and private entities
  • Create and retain customer loyalty and preference by establishing a positive and trusting relationship with the customer
  • Participate in restoration related community awareness events and programs
  • Proactively searches for, acts upon potential opportunities

ERC’s work with owners, adjusters, and Project Managers, First Responders, and Community Leaders after traumatic events such as a fire or flood to help our customers receive the highest quality care as they transition from chaos to calm. As an ERC, you need to think quickly but in a controlled manner to ensure the property owner that you can take care of their property. ERC’s are dynamic speakers and comfortable when interacting in both one-on-one and group settings.

Why the Team Needs You?

Serving others in their time of need is not easy. We will need you to build foundational relationships based on trust, actively listen, and sign mitigation work to stabilize and secure the structure and prevent further damage to the property. The ERC will develop a positive and trusting relationship with the property owner.

  • Base + commission. Our current ERCs yearly pay range from $50,000 to $100,000+ depending on their production. No limit to earning potential.
