Job summary

Paul Davis Emergency Services in Covington, KY is seeking an Emergency Service Project Manager to lead water and fire mitigation teams and supervise crews onsite, ensuring safety and quality. You will coordinate with the division manager and maintain documentation for each job.

Responsibilities include on-site leadership, vehicle and equipment upkeep, and timely communication with customers. The role requires flexibility for nights/weekends and overtime when needed, with an emphasis on

• Clean criminal background check.
• Ability to pass a drug test.
• Valid driver's license with a clean record.

Responsibilities

• High level of performance in water and fire mitigation, tarping, board up, and mold remediation, services according to Paul Davis and industry specifications.
• Supervise and set jobsite expectations to other team members onsite.
• Handle job file documentation and report back to division manager.
• Focus and dedication to providing excellent customer service.
• Maintain a clean, properly stocked and organized truck and maintain all company equipment.
• Be accessible by phone and participate, as necessary, in the on-call schedule.
• Assist in warehousing and facility related tasks when necessary.
• Assist other team members and lead the team when needed.

Preferred Qualifications:

• IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification preferred
• Applied Structural Drying (ASD) certification preferred
• Mold remediation certification preferred
• Previous experience in water mitigation, fire mitigation, mold remediation, restoration, or construction preferred
• Experience leading crews and training technicians is a plus
• Certifications are preferred but not required. We provide training and opportunities to earn industry certifications.
