Job summary

GP Strategies Government Solutions is seeking an experienced Emergency Preparedness Training Program/Project Manager to lead a large-scale training delivery program supporting first responders and emergency management professionals from across the United States.

This leadership role oversees day-to-day execution, workforce management, and customer engagement to ensure the effective delivery of training activities in a mission-critical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Emergency Management, Homeland Security, Public Administration, Business Management, Public Safety, or a related field preferred.
• 4+ years of recent program operations management experience.
• Experience leading large teams in a dynamic, operational environment.
• Experience interfacing with government customers and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day execution of a large emergency preparedness training program.
• Lead and develop a workforce supporting program execution.
• Interface with government representatives and key stakeholders.
• Plan, coordinate, and improve training and exercise activities.
• Ensure compliance with safety, security, and contractual requirements.
